HAVE YOU BEEN THE VICTIM OF A CRIME?

Crime Victim Survey
Participate in a brief online survey about access to legal assistance.

The Montana Board of Crime Control, Montana Legal Services Association, and the University of Montana are working together to improve access to comprehensive, coordinated civil legal services for crime victims statewide.

We would like crime victims to complete a brief 10-minute survey about their experiences, challenges, successes, and suggestions related to civil legal services.
Criteria for Participation:
• Have you accessed, or tried to access, civil legal services because of a crime committed against you or your family?
• Or have you gone to court alone to figure it out on your own, or avoided the civil legal system entirely because it seemed too hard?
• Are you willing to take an online survey about your experiences accessing or trying accessing legal services, to help us learn about what works, what’s missing, and how we can do better?

How to Participate:
Go to this website and complete the survey: mtlsa.org/crimevictimsurvey
If you would prefer to complete the survey over the phone, contact Melissa Fisher, Montana VLAN Project Coordinator: 406-543-8343 ext 221 or [email protected]
