With years of experience in renowned fine dining establishments, including Executive Chef of the Michelin Starred Dusek’s & Thalia Hall, and a resume including the Michelin-starred Alizé of the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas and the top-rated Eleven Madison Park, Chef Hill’s expertise extends beyond conventional boundaries.
After he launched a packaged food business, a serendipitous encounter led to a job opportunity in a food lab.
It was there that Hill gained invaluable knowledge in creating and commercializing packaged food products. Inspired by this experience, he established Hill’s Research Kitchen, a comprehensive culinary consultancy backed by a deep understanding of product development, manufacturing, and commercialization.
