14TH ANNUAL WINE & BEER FESTIVAL

Wine and Beer Glasses at a Bar

The Livingston Depot Foundation will hold its fourteenth annual Wine and Beer Tasting on Friday, November 4, 2016 from 6pm–8pm, at the Livingston Depot Center. The popular event brings together beers—by regional craft brewers—with international specialty wines and appetizers by a variety of local restaurants and caterers.

The Swingley Jazz Trio will provide live music. The Swingley Jazz Trio—which has performed at past events—is known for its soulful jazz with a smooth feel. Featuring Matt Ridgeway on piano, John Morford on bass, and Garrett Stannard on the drums. This core trio has grown together with a wide repertoire which includes both classic and Latin jazz.

In addition to great music, numerous silent auction items by artists and businesses will be offered as well as a raffle prize. The prizes usually include such items as: overnight getaways, fine dining, and vintage clothing and jewelry. Wrapping up the evening is a “Gourmet Extravaganza,” an international collection of fine food, wines, cheeses, and other indulgent delights.

About the Livingston Depot Foundation

The Livingston Depot Foundation depends on community support to sustain its historic preservation and educational mission. The Depot is at the heart of Livingston and Park County, serving both as a museum and as a community center. The foundation’s home is in a beautiful, historic, former Northern Pacific rail station. In service to the community for over three decades, the Depot remains very popular with guests and visitors. This is a credit to the members and friends who continue their support, anchoring the downtown and introducing guests to area history and character each year. The Foundation’s trustees expressed their particular appreciation to the businesses and individuals who support this event through sponsorship, silent auction gifts, and other assistance.
